I have been professionally decorating cakes since 1983. I have worked for many years in a bakery, but now I work independently and bake out of a licensed and inspected home kitchen since 2002.

I specialize in wedding cakes, but bridal and groom's cakes, baby shower, and birthday cakes are also a large part of my business. All of my cakes are made to order and are never frozen. Most of my brides are a large portion of my repeat business either from referrals or specialty cakes.
